Job Overview
Novustech Transact Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join its technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage enterprise Windows and Linux server environments.
- Maintain virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security solutions.
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking services.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting tools.
- Collaborate with development and cybersecurity teams.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Professional certifications are an added advantage.
